One of the main problems in promoting residential property - you need to stand out from the crowd in order to attract more clients. Ordinary, 3D visualization studios provide same kind images all the time: white house, sunny day, couple of children playing near the house. All such images do not differ from each other. Potential customers see all the time same banners and just passing by, because there is nothing new to catch the eyes.

Specializing in real estate
Unlike other studios, our main specialty is Architectural rendering. Of course it does not mean that we are not capable of modeling something else, for example: furniture, character visualization and etc... Yes we can, but our heart still lies in architecture. So here are couple of details you should know:
- When it does not contradict the objectives of the project, we are putting a lot of effort into the creation of environment. It is symbiosis of environment and building itself what makes the image stand out from the crowd. If something is missing from these two options, you will not get the desired result.
- In order to save your budget for visualizations and not only it, it is wise to use BIM modeling software. This way we can save a lot of time on modeling building itself, because it is already done by your architects and concentrate on environment.
- Customer protection policy. We always estimate the project only after we get all materials and all wishes from you. Only after getting such materials we can set the final price of the project, which will not change in time.
3D modeling and rendering process. How it is made?
Our project manager during the meeting will try to determine what business problems 3D visualization should resolve. Which characteristics of a product or service will need to advertise? After that, decision will be made, in cooperation with a client, about final output: do client needs a single image or may be a series of images from different angles? May be a video will be useful or even interactive animation for the touch-screen table
It is not possible to estimate the 3D visualization project if only material you provide is your question: "How much is a 3D visualization"? It is same level of stupidity as a question: "How much is a building"? Without materials it is just NOT POSSIBLE! It would be very good if you are using BIM. If not, do not worry, we a capable of doing modeling based on blueprints or hand drawn sketches. After checking all materials we are ready to estimate and start the project.
Points in 3D space, called vertices, are connected by line segments to form a polygonal mesh. The vast majority of 3D models today are built as textured polygonal models, because they are flexible and because computers can render them so quickly. However, polygons are planar and can only approximate curved surfaces using many polygons. The more polygons in use - the closer model to original. After mesh is ready -3D modeler puts textures on this mesh, provides correct colors, transparency and reflection. At the same time modeler create light source, starting from lamps till the sun.
After all settings are done and checked several times, 3D modeler sends the whole scene to the render-farm. Render-farm is a bunch of computers, can be from several items till hundreds, where generation of image occurred - rendering. Depending on complexity of scene: high quality grass, trees and etc, time of rendering can be from several hours till several days or weeks. For example 1 min of animation requires 1440 rendered images.
After render-farm produced all required images, we also need to make post-production: color correction, sky change, insert people and etc. It is all must be done in order to achieve desired artistic effect. If we are dealing with video post-production, here are much more work to do. Ordinary video length is 2-3 minutes, which means we need to correct almost 5000 images or even more
